Tecumseh Council Summer Programs

Tecumseh Council has one of the finest outdoor facilities in the area. Located adjacent to John Bryan State Park and Clifton Gorge Natural Area, Camp Hugh Taylor Birch (CHTB) offers a variety of Summer Camp Programs for Scouts of all ages.

Campership Application

To ensure that every Scout can attend Camp Birch regardless of financial resources, camperships are available to any Scout registered in Tecumseh Council for a percentage of the cost of camp. The Scout’s family and Unit Leader must complete this application and return it to the Camp Director Eli Underwood at [Click for member's page]External Link or Council Service Center by March 27, 2021. Unit leaders will be notified of approved camperships by April 24, 2021. Camperships are awarded on a basis of family need. 

Camperships must be redeemed by the Early Bird deadline or they will be forfeited and VOID. Application does not guarantee approval. 

Camp Staff Application

Come work at Camp Birch for the summer of 2021! We are now taking applications for 2021 Summer Camp Staff. Camp/Program Payment Policies

All camp registration fees are non-refundable. Fees paid can be transferred to another participant in your unit.
